Line dance
[edit]Another thing to add would be that it wouldn't be generally acceptable adding a guide for line dancing song article such as Cha Cha Slide or Watch Me (Nae Nae) per WP:NotGuide. Cwater1 (talk) 21:43, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- I don't disagree, but add to what? Sergecross73 msg me 22:26, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- Adding what I said into the lyrics and music video section. The wiki project article has on what not to add in a song related article. Cwater1 (talk) 04:00, 2 January 2025 (UTC)

Related discussion
[edit]Hi, I've started a discussion over at WikiProject Music over whether or not "piano ballad" should be listed as a genre in the infobox of song articles, given that I couldn't find a clear consensus on the matter and I feel there are valid arguments on both sides. Please feel free to chime in with any input or comments. Leafy46 (talk) 07:22, 10 January 2025 (UTC)

Unsourced Lebanese song
[edit]Both Ba'ad Sneen, a single, and its album, have been unsourced for over a decade. Can someone find and add sources, or propose their deletion? Bearian (talk) 21:19, 12 January 2025 (UTC)

Upgrading MOS:ALBUMS to official guideline status; could do the same with the style advice here
[edit]I started a discussion about upgrading MOS:ALBUMS to status as an official guideline. I know there's overlap in interest, so I thought editors here might be interested. Also, in that discussion, I and another editor have endorsed having a similar discussion to upgrade the advice given on the mainpage here to be a parallel guideline as well.--3family6 (Talk to me | See what I have done) 13:03, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
